As we continue to move closer to our grand opening, we are excited to announce that we’ve added Chef Daniel Pope to our Glass + Griddle staff as our Chef de Cuisine.
Daniel, who was recently at Miller Time Pub & Grill and worked as previously head chef at the now closed AP Bar & Kitchen, joins our staff to run the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. With nearly 20 years in the kitchen, Daniel has developed his own unique culinary expertise, which he will utilize to help deliver Chef Kyle’s vision for our menu.
